Formed in the summer of 2006, Big Fish are a three-piece outfit based on the South Cornish coast. As testament to their popularity, between 2007 and 2009 the band played an average of 50 gigs a year.
Now, after a short break during the first few months of 2010, original band members Larry Baker (Bass) and Bob Rosser (Drums) have been joined by new frontman Gary Thomas on guitar and vocals. A well-known and respected performer for many years on the Bristol music scene, Gary has recently moved from Bristol to Cornwall where his family roots lie.
Big Fish have a reputation for delivering tight, exciting music. Each member of the band is an experienced musician who has either performed with or supported some of the top names in the business. Covering songs from Fleetwood Mac, Gary Moore, ZZ Top, Hendrix plus many more, Big Fish will take you from Rock to Boogie and back again, proving yet again they are one of the most exciting bands in the South West of England.
